Vacuum – Thermoform Production
At Armasan, we produce a wide range of vacuum-formed, thermoformed, blister, and separator products for various sectors — primarily the food industry, but also medical, automotive, household appliances, and housewares. Thanks to our in-house design team and our own mold shop, we quickly develop designs, produce prototypes, and manufacture molds for custom shapes based on customer requirements, allowing us to complete project processes rapidly. The product images in our portfolio are shared to demonstrate our production capabilities; approximately 90% of our production consists of customized solutions. With eight fully automated, high-capacity thermoforming lines, we ensure efficient production for medium and large-scale projects, prioritizing jobs that match our machine capacities. All production steps — including additional processes such as metallized coating — are carried out under one roof in an integrated manner.
